Machine wash: warm (max 40C or 105F); Non-chlorine: bleach as needed; Tumble dry: medium; Do not iron; Do not dryclean.

3-5 days. This is the time it takes to prepare and print your custom product.

In most cases we use Australian printers to print our hand crafted designs onto your chosen product after your order is processed.

Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping and processing time.

The shipping time can vary depending on your location and postal service provider.

Generally your products will arrive within 7 – 14 business days within Australia (often
before this). International orders generally take 14 - 21 business days.

Shipping delays can occur during peak holiday seasons so please allow for this

All of my products are custom printed to order, made just for you, so for this reason I cannot accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or wrong sizing ordered.

Please note though, that product quality and customer satisfaction are
extremely important to me, so if there are any issues with the print quality or
manufacturing of the product you ordered, please contact me and I will arrange with my printing partner to have any defective products replaced
ASAP.
