3-5 days. This is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping and processing time can take up to 3-5 business days to have your custom order printed by an Australian printer.

The shipping time can vary depending on your location and postal service provider, Generally, your products will arrive within 14 business days after being processed / printed. Shipping delays can occur during peak holiday seasons so please allow for this when ordering. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Clean with a soft damp cotton or microfiber cloth (add a drop of dish soap if needed).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

All of my products are custom printed to order, made just for you, so for this reason I cannot accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or wrong sizing ordered. Please note though, that product quality and customer satisfaction are extremely important to me, so if there are any issues with the print quality or manufacturing of the product you ordered, please contact me and I will arrange with my printing partner to have any defective products replaced ASAP.  I only use reputable and quality-controlled product suppliers and printers. This ensures my designs are only made available on quality products.
