All of the products displayed on my store are not manufactured until you order them, which means they are specially made just for you.  This means you may have to wait a little longer for your specially made product to be manufactured (3-5 days) however you are saving the environment in the mean time, so thank you! 

PROCESSING / FULFILLMENT TIME

3-5 days. This is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping and processing time can take up to 3-5 business days.

The shipping time can vary depending on your location and postal service provider. Generally, your products will arrive within 14 – 21 business days within Australia (OFTEN BEFORE this). International orders generally take 14 - 30 business days. Shipping delays can occur during peak holiday seasons so please allow for this when ordering. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

All of my products are custom printed to order, made just for you, so for this reason I cannot accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or wrong sizing ordered. Please note though, that product quality and customer satisfaction are extremely important to me, so if there are any issues with the print quality or manufacturing of the product you ordered, please contact me and I will arrange with my printing partner to have any defective products replaced ASAP.  I only use reputable and quality-controlled product suppliers and printers. This ensures my designs are only made available on quality products.
