OUR QUALITY 

The Comfort Colors brand of t shirt is made from 100% ring-spun cotton for long-lasting comfort.   All Comfort Colors 1717 shirts feature pre-shrunk cotton for size and shape retention.

PLEASE NOTE

All of the products displayed on my store are not manufactured until you order them, which means they are specially made just for you.  This greatly reduces land fill waste (caused by over manufacturing and stocking unsold fashion apparel and products.

This means you may have to wait a little longer for your specially made product to be manufactured (3-5 days) however you are saving the environment while you wait for your special order, so thank you!

FABRIC TYPE –

100% cotton for solid colours.

Fiber content may vary for different colors as follows - Heather colors are 50% cotton, 50% polyester (Sport Grey and Antique colors are 90% cotton, 10% polyester. Ash is 99% cotton, 1% polyester) Medium fabric (5.3 oz/yd² (180 g/m²)) Made from specially spun fibers that make a very strong and smooth fabric.. The "Natural" color is made with unprocessed cotton, which results in small black flecks throughout the fabric.

PROCESSING / FULFILLMENT TIME – 3-5 days

This is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping and processing time can take up to 3-5 business days.

The shipping time can vary depending on your location and postal service provider. Generally, your products will arrive within 7 - 14 days within Australia (often before this). International orders generally take 14 - 30 days. Shipping delays can occur during peak holiday seasons so please allow for this when ordering.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

As long as you follow the care instructions provided on each garment, you can expect the shape, style, and fit of the garment to last for the period expected of a quality garment.

Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F); Do not bleach; Tumble dry: low heat; Iron, steam or dry: low heat; Do not dryclean.

PRINTING PROCESS

The image for this garment is printed via Direct To Garment methods and is a Digitally Printed product. The t shirt is dyed after it's been constructed, giving it a soft color and texture.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

All of my products are custom printed to order, made just for you, so for this reason I cannot accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or wrong sizing ordered. Please note though, that product quality and customer satisfaction are extremely important to me, so if there are any issues with the print quality or manufacturing of the product you ordered, please contact me and I will arrange with my printing partner to have any defective products replaced ASAP.  I only use reputable and quality-controlled product suppliers and printers. This ensures my designs are only made available on quality products.
